If you can't set a LINE ringtone or ringback tone without issue, please try the following troubleshooting tips.
• Update the LINE and LINE MUSIC apps to the latest versions.
• Restart the LINE and LINE MUSIC apps.
• Restart your device.
• Delete any unnecessary apps and data on your device.
• Update the OS and software on your device.
• Go to Settings in the LINE app > Calls and turn on Integrated calling.
You can set ringtones and ringback tones from the LINE and LINE MUSIC apps. Please check if you're unable to set ringtones or ringback tones from either app. For the steps to do so, see the following Help article.
Songs that are not currently available for sale cannot be set as background music or a ringtone, as they are no longer handled by LINE MUSIC. We apologize for any disappointment and ask for your understanding in this matter.
Note: You still have the right to play the songs you purchased on LINE MUSIC or other music players.
