Service issues

You won't be able to send an invitation to a friend on LINE if they haven't turned the Unauthorized apps setting on in their settings.

To send an invitation to your friend, have them follow the steps below.

1. Start LINE.

2. From the Home tab, tap Settings > Notifications.

3. Turn the Unauthorized apps setting ON.

Even if you live in Japan, you will not be able to use LINE MUSIC if your LINE account is registered to a different region other than Japan.

If you are using LINE MUSIC on Android 6.0 or later, you will need to turn on the setting to allow the app to access your device. Please follow either of the steps below.

From the app:

1. Start LINE MUSIC.

2. When the pop-up appears, tap Allow.

From your device settings:

1. Tap Settings on your device.

2. Tap Application > LINE MUSIC > Permissions.

3. Turn Storage ON.
