I forgot my password toggle
If you forgot your registered password, there is no way to check it. Please change your password on the smartphone version of LINE.
Note: After setting your new password, be sure to keep it safe so you don't forget it.

1. Start the smartphone version of LINE.
2. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Account.
3. Tap Password.
4. Enter a new password, then tap Change password.
Note: In some cases, you may need to enter your smartphone's unlock method.

Cannot read QR codes toggle
Move your device closer to the QR code. Make sure the entire QR code fills the screen.

Nothing happens after I scan the QR code and click Log in toggle
Please try loging in once again with the QR code after force quitting the LINE app on your smartphone and restarting your device. If you are still unable to log in, please try switching off Wi-Fi and log in using a 3G or 4G connection.

The following versions of LINE can be used on PCs.
Note: The version you can use depends on your OS.

You can download LINE here.
Note: You need to download the Google Chrome browser to install LINE for Chrome.
